Rehabilitation and refurbishment project of a listed building for its transformation into a Landmark Hotel, with an intervention focused on the elimination of damp, structural consolidation, restoration of carpentry, repair of the roof and façades, complete updating of installations and recovery of original elements such as paving and gardens, adapting them to the new use with respect for their heritage value.


The building, known as ‘Casa Miranda’, is an elegant eclectic-style residence built around 1900. It consists of two floors and a roof terrace, and stands out for its large spaces, noble materials of the period such as marble, carved wood, hydraulic floors, stained glass windows and an interior courtyard used as a garden and swimming pool. Included in the Architectural Heritage Protection Catalogue, the project seeks to preserve its historical character while adapting to the demands of contemporary hotel use.
