Overview
Casa Miranda — an eclectic residence built around 1900 in the centre of Santa Cruz, on the architectural heritage register. Our project restores it into an emblematic hotel: consolidating the structure, recovering marble, carved wood, hydraulic floors and stained glass, and reviving the interior garden and pool, adapted to contemporary hospitality.
